Ambassador Program

Back by popular demand, the IAEM-USA Conference Committee is delighted to bring the IAEM Ambassador program to Long Beach!

Throughout the week, there will be IAEM members serving as Ambassadors to help tailor your conference experience, answer your questions about the conference and IAEM, and tell you about some of the great things going on during the 65th IAEM Annual Conference and EMEX. Ambassadors can easily be identified by their “Ambassador” buttons.

Interested in becoming an Ambassador for the conference?

If you answer yes to all of the following questions, then joining the IAEM Ambassador program is for you.

Do you like networking and meeting new people?

Are you an IAEM member in good standing?

Have you been to an IAEM Annual Conference before?

Serving as an IAEM Ambassador does not take more than a friendly smile and an up-beat welcoming approach to invite new members and/or first-time conference attendees to get to know us and learn more about the value of the IAEM and its myriad of opportunities and offerings.

No formal training is required. You can pick up your Ambassador button and wear it proudly at the conference and even join us if you have time at the orientation on Sunday, November 12th at 1:30pm in the Convention Center Room 103C.

Sign up to be an Ambassador at large or to be stationed at critical locations throughout the conference by completing this online sign up form.

Serving as an Ambassador is a great way to network at a higher level during the conference, while assisting your fellow attendees.
